We Prevail We Succeed Employment Connection LLC (also known as PS Connect Staffing) is a staffing agency founded in Baltimore, MD, in March 2021. In 2024, we expanded our services to include a comprehensive workforce development program, designed to provide individuals with the skills, training, and support needed to become job-ready and achieve long-term employment success. This new initiative is called Prevail Academy, offering education, career certifications, and hands-on experience to empower participants and open doors to meaningful opportunities.
